I'm Duda and my goals on the court are that I can improve my basketball day after day. As a point guard, I want to make sure my team is organized, connected and confident on the court, whether it's practice or a game. I want to improve my defense, because I believe that in a basketball game, the one who wins is the one who makes the fewest mistakes, so in that case, I want to be able to be important on the court, both in attack and defense. I am very communicative and I consider myself a great leader. I know how to talk to all types of athletes, from those who need affirmations and emotional support to improve, to those who need someone to be more firm and tough to push them to improve. My off-court goals are to be an example to the younger girls on the team and to be a leader for them. As well as getting my degree and getting my degree in Psychology. What makes me a good candidate is that I know how to communicate openly with my teammates and Coaches, I always try to ask questions when I have doubts and also expose my point of view when necessary. What makes me different in terms of my character is that I'm honest about the mistakes I make, I don't point the finger at my teammates. Even when I get upset, instead of having an attitude and taking it out on others, I try to put it aside as much as possible and put the team back together in a single connection. Regarding athletics, I'm honest in saying that I won't be the most athletic athlete on your team, my physique isn't one of the best, but they'll make up for it with my game vision and IQ. Academically, I am very dedicated to school and I try to keep my grades high. I don't accept grades lower than B, and I always try to keep my GPA 3.5 or higher if possible. I have just graduated from Junior College as a sophomore, and received a Student Leadership Academy Award certificate as well as an Economic Award. My grades and GPA will never be an issue.
