Being a dancer, soccer goalkeeper and a basketball player as a young child helped me to be a well-rounded athlete. The discipline and courage required to perform on stage and stand alone in the goal have given me the confidence to be a team leader who is willing to give it my all for my basketball teammates.
I have been fortunate enough to play with the same teammates on my AAU team for three seasons. The bond we have formed off the court transfers onto the court and is a huge part of what makes us so successful. I am looking for this same kind of relationship with my future college teammates.
