My name is Claire Rosenfeldt. I am a class of 2026 guard. I started playing basketball competitively in 5th grade and immediately fell in love with the sport. Over the years, I have been a multi sport athlete, excelling in soccer, gymnastics, and pole vault along with basketball. This Spring, I finished my gymnastics career as a level 8 gymnast after spending 20+ hours a week training and competing for the past 8 years. Gymnastics has provided me with strength and flexibility that helps me in basketball to play more physical and be less injury prone. Being a multi sport athlete has allowed me to become a more physical player who can guard anyone from a 1 to a 5. Offensively, I can score confidently from three or attack the basket to finish strong or draw a defender and dish to a teammate. I am a very hard worker, dedicated to getting better. I always give 100 percent into everything that I do, on the court and off. I just finished my freshman year with a 4.0 GPA, with math and science being my favorite subjects, and would love to do something in the Health Science field. I am currently enrolled in the health sciences program at my school an honor roll student, and a participant in Beta. My dream is to play basketball at a school that will provide an opportunity for me to grow and excel in basketball, compete to win and continue to get better, and providing a solid education to propel my future career.
