My name is Jaelin Henderson. I've overcome many obstacles over the last four years, while going through my obstacles I had to face challenges during my freshman and sophomore year on an off the court academically and athletically . During those two years I focused on becoming a better individual.
Everyday I pushed myself to become a better student and athlete. I regained self respect and the ability to face challenges and come out the victor. I started studying more to maintain my grades and set goals for me to strive in life. I started to go harder than ever. As my Junior year approached, I knew exactly what I needed to do. My Junior year was an eye opener, I constantly encouraged myself to be a better you than you was yesterday. I started off a little rocky in the beginning but then the road got smoother.
I continued to work on my GPA so I could maintain my position on the my team. During my Senior year I took full advantage of the opportunities I was afforded and I never looked back.
I'm a fun outgoing person that loves to take adventurous and explore new things that come in my path. In college my major that i will be taking is Business Management & Engineering Science, i will earn my Bachelors Degree and My Masters Degree.
I’ve come a long way from trials and tribulations i faced as a young adult and I’m still striving to become a better person.
