I am interested in a college with Architecture or Interior Design Majors. My love would be to play basketball for a school that is in the east or central parts of the country, although not opposed to evaluating the west. My primary character strength is hard work. I go above and beyond to work at the details of skill work, plays, film review, team and academic studies. As a shooting guard, my goal is to open the floor for my teammates. The tighter the coverage, the better, because at that point I know the floor will begin the get wide and spread apart; therefore, opening up the driving lanes for my teammates. I am system player that is very disciplined with the Coaches strategies for both offense and defense; however, I will become of play maker when the offense begins to break down. I pride myself in defense. I challenge myself to defend the number one offensive guard player on the opposition. I believe, if I can be successful defending the number one offensive player, I will give my point guards a breather so that they can save their strength for running the offense; therefore, maintaining our strength as a unit as we head into the 4th quarter. I continually challenge myself to win the plus minus battle on the opponents number one player, maintain a 40% shooting average from the arc, maintain above 60% finishing at the rim driving in for 2pts, and stay above 80% from the free throw line. I look forward to playing collegiate ball and sharing a memorable experience with my future teammates.
