Eliza Galbreath '20 Recruiting Profile

I've fallen in love with the game of basketball since the third grade. I have always strived to push myself to play at my full potential while making sure I always find joy within the game. My biggest role model is my father. As he played basketball at college, I look up to him and hope do to the same. Ever since the sixth grade I've decided to make it a goal to attend college and play basketball.

One of my biggest aspirations is to be an academically sound player in college. My academic accomplishments are valued to me just as much as playing basketball at the next level. While on a team I strive to be a solid teammate that is helpful and effective when learning and playing with others. I also push myself to have a strong focus on learning as much as possible from coaches or mentors to make me a better person and player. I believe that playing basketball promotes good leadership on and off the court. The love and passion I have for this game entices me to make others, as well as myself, better.
