I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember. I have played competitive soccer and volleyball, but basketball has always been my passion. It has always been a major factor in my life and has carved me into the person that I am today. Playing tis sport has taught me many things about myself and what I am capable of. It has taught me how to perservere and always keep your head up. It has not always been a smooth path to where I am now, but that is how my journey was written and this is the athelete I have become because of it.
In my last year of high school, one of my goals is to lead my team to a state championship. I believe we have all the key aspects and abilities this year that will allow us to accomplish this. I plan to push my teammates hard (along with myself) to make us better players everyday on the court. Personally I want to leave everything on the court, and when I look back on the season I want to be satisfied with all the hard work that I have put in throughout the season. I believe that I can be a great asset to any team that I am on and am willing to put in the blood, sweat and tears that are required for the greater good of the team.
As I look forward to the future, I envison myself working in the medical field where I can serve and help people around the world.
