Aliaksandra Savetava '22 Recruiting Profile

I’m an international player from Belarus. I have stayed in the US with my host family for a few summers and fell in love with the country and the people. This year I’m staying with my host family in WV for the whole year and attending high school here.

As soon as I got the opportunity to play for the first time I realized that the game of basketball is my main passion. I love rebounding and attacking the rim. I have a good stamina so I’m always on the court. I’m disciplined, coachable and eager to learn. I’m passionate about the game and give it everything I can until the buzzer beater sounds!  

In class I’m focused and self-motivated as you can see from my SAT scores. I have high standards for myself and strive to achieve more whether it’s in class or on the court.
