Kailee Haymond '26 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I could pick up a basketball I have had the ball in my hand almost everyday. I was so little when I started playing that I couldn't even get the ball to the rim, but my dad began teaching me the right technique and form to become a good shooter. It has paid off. As a freshman, I played a big role on the varsity team and finished the season with a 37% 3PT average and a 75% FT shooter. 

I work on my game daily and play year round, in addition to running cross county to keep my endurance at a top level. On a side note, I finished my freshman cross country season 4th in the state, proving I am a hard working and determined athlete. I believe I can contribute to a program my high level of energy, competitive nature, and sharp shooting.
