Jilliyn Farrish '23 Recruiting Profile

I've always grown up playing sports and enjoying the experiences and lessons that come from them.  I have always set out to be the best I can be, not always the best on the team or conference just the best I can be.  In my life sports has been a way for me to grow and learn lessons for real life experiences.  What makes me special isn't that I am always the best on the team, but I am always willing to try my best and have a good attitude about what I am doing on and off the sand.  Being a multisport athlete has helped me become well rounded and learn the different aspects about the way the world works and how much effort you have to give in everything you do in school or in sports.  I would say being multi sport makes me special because it has helped me stay competitive and humbled in multiple areas.
