Megan Hair '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Megan Hair. I am a 16-year old student athlete. I attend Bakersfield Christian High School and currently have a cumulative GPA of 4.22 after my first semester of sophomore year. I have a deep love of sports, especially beach volleyball. In addition to competing on my high school beach volleyball team, which is a newly formed program at Bakersfield Christian High School, I travel over two hours each way to Manhattan Beach twice a week to train with Elite Beach Volleyball Club.  I also train twice a week with Valley Sand Volleyball Club in Bakersfield. During the fall I start as an outside hitter on the indoor varsity volleyball team for my high school.  I am also a two year starter on my high school varsity soccer team. I feel like my ability to play multiple sports helps me be a better beach volleyball player. After the 2021-2022 season of indoor club volleyball, I decided to focus my time on beach volleyball. I have been participating in tournaments and college camps. My goals are to play at the next level of college beach volleyball and to become a businesswoman. I am a hard worker and a coachable player. I am not afraid of hard work on the court or in the classroom. I am a leader on and off the court. The most important things in my life are my Faith, Family, Country, and Volleyball.
