My name is Kylie Appleton, I currently play becah volleyball with Blue Ridge Volleyball in Winchester, VA.
I play on the varsity team at Skyline High School class of 2025. I also play club for Blue Ridge Volleyball Association (BRVA) 16 Blue. I have aspirations of playing beach volleyball at the collegiate level. My plan while finishing my education at Skyline High School is to work hard and earn an advanced diploma. After graduating, my collegiate goals are to study Exercise Science. I believe strongly that hard work and dedication are key factors in persevering academically and athletically.
I have been playing volleyball for 4 years. I have been a starter for the varsity team at Skyline High School for the past two years. One of the things that has helped me is my willingness to be coached and instructed. This combined with strong leadership skills, ability to deal with adversity, and strong work ethic is what I feel makes me a good candidate for your program.
Most importantly , my parents have always instilled in me the importance of character, work ethic, and dedication. I try my best to apply these things in all aspects of my life; on and off the court. I am fully committed and willing to put in the practice and training hours necessary to reach my goals and be successful for the team. I will continue to set and accomplish my goals , and will work hard to become a better student athlete capable of achieving my dreams.
