Being involved with several school activities has brought me joy and a sense of belonging. Currently, I am serving in my 6th year as a student council representative. Being a leader and voice for my peers has been a passion of mine. I’ve also had the opportunity to volunteer for Special Olympics including being invited for a day long leadership summit in 2019.
My academic achievements include being a four-time academic gold all state winner in gymnastics, two-time academic all-state winner in swimming and diving, as well as all-state in the 2020 season, and I received an academic all-state award in track and field my freshman year. In addition to my academic accolades, my teammates have voted me as most spirited on my gymnastics team for the last four years, I was voted most improved diver during the 2018 season, and MVP in the 2019/2020 seasons. In my sports, my goal is to compete to the best of my ability and deliver a great performance. My drive to succeed keeps me going through the ups and downs. I don’t believe in failures, only new opportunities for growth about myself and for the sports I love. Competing at the collegiate level has always been a dream of mine. My dreams challenge me to see past my limits and test the outer reaches of my potential.
