Kennedy Clements '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Kennedy Clements and I am a junior at STMA High School. I am a captain and the swim and dive representative for my school. I started diving about 4 years ago in mid-2020. With my background of 8 years of gymnastics, the transition between sports was very smooth. I am a very driven athlete and I love to be in the pool more than anything. During my summers, I train 2-3 times in the pool and an additional 1-2 dryland sessions per day. Above everything, I love to learn about everything there is to learn. Diving has taught me to trust the process, put in the work, and that the best way to get better at something is to learn more about it. This mindset has led me to have success in the classroom as well as the pool and has helped me build the confidence to be a leader and a mentor for my teammates. I am looking to dive at the collegiate level so I can continue to grow and learn as a person and athlete well as be a supportive and uplifting role model to my teammates.
