Kaitlyn Carroll '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I am Kaitlyn Carroll, I’m a junior currently attending Cicero North-Syracuse, and I have been competing on the varsity swimming and diving team for 4 years. For the past 12 years, I have also competed in gymnastics, which has helped immensely with my diving career. I dream to further compete at the college level. Participating in gymnastics since I was a little kid has helped me develop life-long skills such as having a hard work ethic, being coachable, and remaining laser focused. I believe I am the best fit for a college team because of the passion with which I compete as well as the time management skills I have developed; I’ve been a multiple sport athlete all my life, and have taken personal pride in achieving outstanding grades. Growing up, I have always been determined to reach my goals and accordingly done whatever it takes to reach them as a student athlete.
