My journey began in gymnastics when I was seven years old. I have competed in three national competitions across the United States. My athletic abilities stem from the balance, coordination, strength, and discipline that I developed over six years. I found my passion in diving a few years ago by attending a summer camp. I immediately became hooked. I started out strong due to my history in gymnastics. My progression, I have been told, is on an advanced level. I began diving my Sophomore year in high school where I competed on the Varsity team. My goal was to qualify for districts. I am proud to say that I achieved my goal. This being my Junior year and second year diving, I have advanced to the number one female diver on the Varsity team. I have contributed to the whole of the team by earning points by placing first at several of my meets this year.
I am interested to see what the future holds for me athletically and academically. I am in search of a college that I can grow, learn, and excel in both aspects. I would love to be a part of a team where I can help contribute to the organization and learn and develop more skills in my diving career. While my primary goal is education, I hope that I can be given the opportunity to advance and compete for your team.
