Hi Coaches! My name is Kaila and I am a rising senior at North Creek High School in Bothell, WA. I come from a high-level gymnastics background which has helped me pick up diving quickly. I began diving during my freshman year of high school, but it wasn't until November of 2022 that I joined Alpha Diving Club. In the summer of 2022, my two-week experience at Ripfest Dive Camp in Indiana inspired me to pursue diving at a higher level, which is why I decided to join Alpha Dive. During the past 8 months at Alpha, I went from having very minimal 3m experience to almost having a full 05 list on 3m. I am continuing to increase my difficulty, work on technique, and improve my entries. I have goals in the near future to get my 305c on 3m, 105b on 1m, improve my twisting dives, and develop a tower list to compete next season.

While I do not have much club diving experience compared to other prospects, I am highly motivated to train hard to become the best diver I can be. My background in gymnastics has taught me to be easily coachable, resilient, self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive. I am not a finished product, but I am putting in my all to become a strong asset to your diving program.
