My journey started at the age of five, with a love for the game and a close-knit relationship with my father. I would go to the cow pasture down the road and attempt to hit golf balls until there were no more, and the ambition to be better never went away. I started on the high school golf team in seventh grade, and was named Captain as a sophomore. I have a raw passion to lead, and to constantly improve. I take lessons from a local professional fairly often. I have a hunger to improve, and will be consistent with practicing within the next two years. Golf has been a sweet escape for me for as long as I can remember, from making contact with the golf ball to bringing a positive influence on and off the course. I believe it takes a special person to be able to maintain the kind of character it takes to be a great golfer and I will never stop trying my hardest to bring and leave an impact to wherever my journey takes me.
