Lexie Whorton '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lexie Whorton. I am on the New Hope High School Golf Team. I started out playing in the Jr PGA League at Hampton Cove and Gunters Landing golf courses at the age of 11. I have been on the High School team since my 8th grade year. I also take golf lessons from Steven DeBoer (Steven Deboer Golf Academy) in Guntersville, AL. I have worked at RTJ in Hampton Cove as a sales associate in the Pro Shop. I am a member of the National Honors Society and Leo Club working with local non profits and Charities. What makes me standout? I am dependable, loyal, coachable and a hard worker. I try my best to practice daily, take lessons and have added strength training to my workouts. My  goal is to continue playing golf at a college level.
