Presley Stam '26 Recruiting Profile

Hey ya'll my name is Presley Stam! I am 17 years old and a Junior at Shiloh Christian in Springdale, Arkansas. I have been playing golf all my life and am super committed to pursue it in college!  I have been playing against older competitors since I was eight which I feel has really pushed me to be a better player. I also have a 4.0 GPA and am in the National Junior Honor Society. One thing that sets me apart is I have also played other sports for most of my life. I start for the varsity track and soccer team, and play on the varsity basketball team, along with golf (State Runner up this year) which helped me with my athleticism and staying in shape. As much as golf is a physically challenging sport it is also very mentally challenging. Playing golf has really helped me to learn more about patience, stress, managing emotions, and how I react in less fortunate situations. This has helped me become a better player along with a better person. I cant wait to see what God has in store for the rest of my golfing and academic career!

In college I want to: learn and grow as a person; find lifelong friends and teammates who support each other but have high expectations; continue to lower my golf scores and start for the team; make positive contributions to the community.
