Lauren Tucker '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lauren Tucker, and I would like to continue playing golf while I pursue my lifelong dream of working with animals.  I am interested in obtaining a career in the zoology or veterinary science fields.  Currently I am part of a veterinary science team as a high school junior.  My high school pathway is animal science, and I am looking forward to my senior year working with large animals.  

I am on the varsity golf team for Chowchilla High School and have played for three years.  My coaches have found me to be a quick learner and my size does not deter me from competing against others.  

I have made honor roll every semester while playing on the high school golf team.  My classes have included 3 years of Spanish, honors and AP classes.  This shows I am able to maintain my academics during golf season.

I look forward to continuing my education and am hopeful to find a unique college experience that would help me to reach my highest aspirations. Thank you for your time.
