Taylor Ward '22 Recruiting Profile

I've only been playing golf since July of 2020. During this time I have learned a lot of patience, how to focus, course management and goal setting, I am working with my personal swing coach weekly to improve my game along with high school practice. In my second high school tournament I set a goal to shoot under 90 and I was able to shoot 88! My goals are to continue to work with my personal coach throughout the summer to reach my goal of shooting sub 80 and focusing on my all around game.

I currently have a 4.3 GPA and plan on graduating with a 4.6 GPA. My collegiate goal is to play collegiate golf while working on my degree in engineering. I'd be a great candidate for any team because of my natural leadership skills and my ability to take constructive criticism and turn it into a productive goal for me to improve my game and that of my team.
