Personal Statement
I am an involved student athlete with a 4.6GPA. As the current student body president, I manage my responsibilities as a student leader, academic student and captain of a league championship golf team. On the golf course, I have earned selection to the all-league team for each of my first three seasons, and have played in the CIF postseason for the past two seasons. I continue to work on my golf game and have improved my scoring average each year. I have held leadership roles in student government, campus ministry, president ambassador as well as help leadership roles in numerous clubs and activities. Golf is just part of what I do, but I enjoy the game and have had success in our league. Playing golf at the collegiate level is something I am curious about, but academics, community service, and leadership development will always be very important to me. I am searching for a small school and am well aware that I am not a division 1 golfer, but feel I can help on a team at a smaller school.
