I'm looking for a college that offers a collaborative blend of academics and athletics. Although I live in California, I'm open to speaking with colleges on the East Coast. I believe that going to college far away from home is more of an exciting experience rather than daunting.
Throughout my high school career, I've had to manage my time with golf, school, and extracurricular activities. Balancing the three worlds might require some sacrifice if I wish to perform well in all three fields. I utilize the weekends to catch up on school assignments, study for upcoming exams, and to work on my golf game. During the weekdays, I'm busy with golf matches, ASB events, and participating in club-related activities.
Personal characteristics that might be valuable to a golf team are that I never give up, and I make it a goal to remain positive and motivated. While I always try to create a positive atmosphere for the team, I never give up no matter the circumstances. I will work as hard as I need to in order to achieve a common goal. I'm a hardworking student-athlete with a strong work ethic.
A few of the collegiate goals I wish to succeed in are to excel in my golf game, develop long-lasting relationships with friends that inspire me, partake in rigorous classes that provide the knowledge to become a more global thinker, and continue to become the best version of myself.
