My name is Macee Aguirre and I'm 16 years old. I am a junior at Mater Dei Catholic High School and honored to be my Team's Captain. I have always been the type of person to work hard academically and athletically. Although, golf is known as an individual sport, I consider myself a team player. I enjoy supporting my teammates and also help them improve their game.
I've been a Varsity player since freshman year. I'm currently the number one on my golf team with my nine hole average of 37.5 and 18 hole average of 77. We are working hard to take 1st place of our Trinity League and move onto CIF.
I am truly grateful to my dad for introducing my older brother and I to this prestigious game of golf at young age. My dad and brother, (a collegiate golfer) have been a huge influence and support with my golf.
I have a lot of potential and very open in learning the life lessons golf teaches me everyday. My goal is to play college golf and receive an education along with experience.
My family is of huge importance to me as they support me in all aspects of my dreams. I believe that I would be a great addition to any collegiate golf team. I believe that my positive attitude and my work ethic would greatly contribute to a woman's golf team.
