Personal Statement

Hello! My goal is to attend a highly academic University while still playing a sport I enjoy. I have been told by multiple coaches that I am very coachable and have a positive attitude during any kind of situation. I am dedicated to my team and continually improving my game. On a consistent basis in the summer, I wake up at 6am to swim and then play 18 holes of golf. I have a 4.2/4.0 GPA while playing for 2 varsity High School teams. I made All Conference for both sports (golf and swim) as a freshman and as a sophomore. I was also selected as a 2018 All-Courant High School Girls Golf Team alternate and in 2019 All-Courant High School Girls Golf Team.  The selection for this Team is considered from 83 schools in the Hartford Courant circulation area.  I am involved in multiple community volunteer programs inside and outside my school. I am optimistic, take any opportunity to be involved in extracurricular activities, all while playing the sport I love.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
