I have high academic standards which is my first priority and wish to attend a college where I can obtain a degree in Business Administration, Finance, and eventually graduate work in Law. I grew up playing competitive/club soccer in the Orlando area. I was a member of the Orlando City Youth Soccer travel teams up until my 8th grade year. I had always enjoyed playing additional sports such as tennis and golf, so when it came time for my freshman year of high school I wanted to give golf a try. I started playing full time at the beginning of my 8th grade summer playing in the Volusia/Flagler Junior Golf Association which is a local summer league . I then entered US Kids Golf tournaments next, then started playing in the TOP 50 JR and Florida Junior Tour (FJT) tournaments. I am on my high school girls varsity golf team and currently am a Junior. Over the four years that i have been playing golf full time, I have been working hard to lower my scores each year. I have attended several college golf camps, practice regularly with my swing coach Jeff Peterson, and work on my mental toughness on the course. I have steadily improved my High School golf each year, lowering my nine hole average and improving my 18 holes tournament scores. I feel that I would make a great addition to a golf team of my caliber and bring to the table a student athlete who is willing to continue to work hard, has a great demeanor on and off the course, and enjoys playing the game of golf with friends, family, and especially a high school or collegiate team. I also enjoy off time surfing, attending church youth group, volunteering, and just hanging out with my friends at the beach just to enjoy the outdoors.
