When I was in the fourth grade, I began attending The First Tee of Northwest Florida’s classes at my local golf course, and after a few classes I was hooked on the game of golf. In the fifth grade I began going to my swing coach (PGA Professional Mike Genovese). I started to expand my tournament schedule as I continued to develop as a golfer. Through golfing, I have learned many skills that have helped me excel in other areas of life, such as patience and determination. Along with golf, I am also a member of the BETA and NHS Club, where I am involved in monthly service projects. I intend to study engineering in college. I believe that I have the talent, work-ethic, and character to be a great student-athlete.
