Personal Statement

I have been playing golf for fun since I was little. I started playing for my high school team in 9th grade and played decent but I was not committed to it. This year - my junior year - I have committed to trying to play golf in college. I have played varsity softball, basketball, and soccer but now I am focusing on growing in my gold game. Though I do not have a lot of scores out there, as I play more golf outside of school I will grow and show my full potential. I focus on school and combine rigor with good grades to have a strong GPA at a difficult college preparatory school. I love the team environment and am a strong team player when it comes to encouraging others to do their best.
