Mary Miller '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mary Miller. I am verbally committed to play at Georgia Southern University. I am a senior at Savannah Christian Preparatory School, where I have been a student since I was two years old. I began playing golf with my dad when I was three years old. After several years I started playing in U.S. Kids golf tournaments. As my game progressed, I played in other tournaments on different golf tours: Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT), Southeastern Junior Golf Tour (SJGT), Georgia PGA Junior Golf (GAPGA), Peggy Kirk Bell Golf Tour (PKBGT), American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), Georgia State Golf Association (GSGA).

One of my strengths is that I am not an emotional player. Whether I make a good or bad shot, I keep my emotions under control and don't get excited or upset. When I play golf, I focus on my game and not how everyone else is playing.
