Hailey Vogt '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing golf since I was able to hold a golf club, and was often on the course as a young kid with my dad. Growing up I also played soccer, basketball and softball, but I ultimately fell in love with golf and being on the course. I started taking golf serious during the summer following 7th grade, and have seen continuous improvement since.

I have fallen in love with the challenge that golf presents every day, whether it be the course I'm playing or the conditions I am playing in. I love that golf is a game where you can never stop growing and getting better, and I strive to do this every time I play. I also enjoy getting to know the people I am playing with, or against, on a more personal level compared to other sports. 

Off the course, academics are also a big priority for me. I would like to study physcology or social work in college, and would love to join a college team where golf and academics can find a healthy balance in my life.
