I have been playing golf with plastic clubs since I was a toddler, but I started actually playing golf when I was nine years old. I have always been fascinated by the game, and once I entered high school, I knew that I wanted to continue my career in college. Golf is the one thing in my life that just makes all of my stress go away, and is why I have such a huge respect for it.
When I am playing, I don't think about any of my pervious shots or holes that I have played, and just focus on on what is in front of me. I keep a steady attitude throughout my rounds, and do not get mad at myself while playing. I am always striving to improve, which makes me easy to coach. My irons and putting are always what I can rely on during my golf rounds.
At school, I always do my best to complete all of my assignments on time and study for each of my quizzes/tests. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout all of high school, and am in National Honors Society.
Outside of golf, I participate in many other clubs and organizations, such as Model Legislature, Business Professionals of America, Leo Club, Student Government, and French Club.
I hope to attend a college where I will be able to excel in both my academic studies and athletics, but also be able to challenge me as well.
