July 2020Personal Statement
I'm looking for a school to help me develop even more in playing a sport that I really love! I'm a very hard worker in both academics and athletics and don't shy away from challenges including taking AP courses as early as my sophomore year in high school. When I'm not golfing I also participate in my school's bowling team in the winter. Beyond athletics my passion is drawing, especially animals. I would like to explore a career in graphic design and taking my illustrations to the next level in either marketing, illustrating a children's book or video game designing.
As a team member I'm always there to support my fellow team members. I've played the top spots for the past years and go back out to see my team finish as soon as I possibly can after turning my score card in. Golf is unique in being both an individual and team sport at the same time and I believe strongly that a team can help an individual become successful through support and comradery.
