When I was younger my parents played golf and thought it was a good family sport. As I got older, I became more interesting in the competitive aspect of the sport. My first competitive match was a U. S. Kids golf tournament prior to high school. That led me into playing high school golf my freshman year. I played Junior Varsity my freshman and sophomore year. I played my first varsity matches the start of my junior year which fed my interest in playing golf in college.
I consider my short game to be the strongest part of my game. I am currently working to further improve all aspects of my game.
I would bring a great attitude to a team, would be very supportive of my teammates, but would push them competitively.
Outside of golf I mainly participate in my high school theatre program. I work either managing props crew, assist with other areas where needed, and occasionally act. I also participated in video game tournaments hosted at the school by an organization promoting software development. I also am involved in service work at the Cathedral Soup Kitchen.
