Lucy Whitfield '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucy Whitfield.  I’ve been playing golf since I was 8 years old.  I love the game of golf and how it has helped me grow as an individual.  I began playing up on my High School Varsity Team in Jr. High and have competed at this level the last 4 years.  2024 was a break-out year for me as my 18 hole average improved dramatically to an 88, with my 18 hole low at an 81.  I also won my first 18 hole invitational, and finished 2nd in an 18 hole invitational this past season.  Our High School Team also qualified for the state tournament for the first time in 12 years!

My GPA is a 4.0 and I have a ACT SuperScore of 28.  I’m interested in pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or architecture.  I’m involved in several extracurricular activities including Colonel Crew, DECA, Student Council, FBLA, and Student Ambassadors.
