Sarah Owens '21 Recruiting Profile

As a young child, I had always had a goal to play golf collegiality. Golf has always had a big impact on my life, as I have grown up with the game. My junior and senior year of high school golf, I was at my peak physically and mentally with the game. Along with this came honors. I placed in the top ten at nearly every tournament and earned many awards. Some of these awards included: Captains Award 2019 - 2020, All-Academic 2018-29-20, All-Conference 18-19-20, All-State 2020, Coaches Award 2020.  One thing that makes me stand out from others would be my positive attitude towards things. I am very uplifting of my teammates no matter my scores and I am always happy for others no matter my situation. Athletically, I succeed because I am determined to make the best of anything and I know I won't get into my own head.
