Amelia Morton '24 Recruiting Profile

I have dreamed of playing collegiate golf for a long time.  I was introduced to the sport when I was very young by my parents.  I started competing in elementary school.   Over the last several years, golf has become my passion.  I practice for hours every day, all year round.  I work extremely hard on my game and enjoy pushing myself every day to become the best player that I can be.  I have had wonderful experiences on the golf course and have enjoyed being part of my high school team where I encourage and support others.  I am a leader on and off of the golf course.  

I am also equally committed to my education.  I take great pride in working hard as I pursue my academic goals.  At this time, I am unsure of what I want to major in at college but I do know that whatever I pursue, I will work extremely hard to succeed.  I look forward to the opportunity to be part of a golf team and collegiate program that will help me grow in different ways.  I know that I will have a lot to contribute to your school and program.
