Drive to be the best and accomplish all goals!

I started playing golf in 5th grade with my Dad and Papa. I didn't take it too serious until I was asked to try out for the Varsity High School Girls Golf Team at which I made the team. This started a whole new life considering this was the first year for Vancleave High to have a Girls Golf Team. During that season I wasn't expecting much of myself other than learning and growing with game of golf. To my surprise our team ended the season with an overall District Championship win that automatically placed us in the State Play Offs. Needless to say this season consisted of myself as a 7th grader and two 8th graders. This is when I realized and knew Golf was for me. That win drove my 8th grade year to win District again and I placed overall best score with an 81.

These past two Golf seasons have shown and proved a leadership skill set that I never knew I had. My parents always told me I had a gift and they would always support me with any decision as long as it was in their approval. To this day both my parents support me in any way they can and strive to give me the best instructions possible.

This is what has driven me even further not only in Golf but in my Academics and my ability to accomplish whatever I set my mind to. God has blessed me with wonderful parents and talents, now it's time to continue the skills to grow myself and others to become better, to lead and to have respect.
