Ashley Tackett '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a junior at Elkhorn South High School and have been playing competitive golf for three years. I play the 1st position on the varsity team and have lettered all three consecutive years. I push myself in golf and academics as I am enrolled in various AP classes, and commit myself to practice every day. I am really looking forward to my future in golf and really want to be apart of a college team. My favorite part about playing golf, besides the competition aspect, is the relationships that are formed between teammates. I love the fact that I have gotten close with all of the girls on my team and have even made friends with girls I compete with outside of the team. They keep me motivated to work harder and reach my goals. I aspire to become the best golfer that I can be and create more positive relationships along the way.
