Personal Statement
My name is Azaria Elder and this is my 4th year playing golf at North Rowan high school in Spencer, NC. I have earned back to back All Conference and All county awards during my junior and senior year, went to regionals in both years, and received medalist for the Central Carolina Conference Tournament. My goal everyday is to get better and keep pushing to be better. I am a team player and my main focus while playing is on the course. Over the four years I’ve played, I’ve gotten better and better. My lowest in a 18 hole match is a 107, and my goal is to get lower than a 100 or 90. I believe I’m working hard because it gets me where I need to be. I am an A/A-B student with a 3.98 GPA, a National Honors Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honors society member.
