Maddie Fleck '24 Recruiting Profile

I began playing as an incoming Freshman (2024).  I have played soccer, basketball and softball in the past but am limiting my athletics to golf. I also am the Bulldog mascot for my school! Academics are extremely important to me. I am a hard worker and put in the time to maintain good grades and grow my game with a strong physical and mental foundation. 

It is my goal to play in college and am taking steps to get to the next level in my game.  I am extremely coachable and strive to be the hardest working player and always put 110% into everything. I am a very confident player and do well under pressure. During the summer I participate in the Lima Junior League and Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Throughout the year, I lift weights to stay in my best shape and have the determination and discipline to be a winner on the course yet have a personality to encourage others to be their best.

I am a well-rounded person and enjoy all facets of life.  I currently hold a 3.49/4.0 g.p.a. and I am the Student-Council President, Class President, Spirit Squad President, and am greatly involved in the Rotary Interact Club.  I am a server at my parents Italian American restaurant and am a member of my church’s youth group and participate in weekly activities. I have hundreds of hours of volunteering with my church’s summer picnic, a Mass server, and the semi-annual pizza sales, the Celina Rotary Club’s Medical Mission to Costa Rica, their Cross Country Invitational, and auction, an achievement advisor to Pack 69, Celina, Ambassador with the Grand Lake International Association and the Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society. I love to travel and have been to Japan and Costa Rica and many states within the U.S.

I am searching for a college where I can compete and continue to grow as an athlete while pursuing an education in business marketing. I am open to all options and excited to make connections and explore the possibilities!
