Kailey DuToit-Lewis '24 Recruiting Profile

I began golfing at the age of 2.  My Grandpa was an engineer who worked on the missile program in the 70's and he was obsessed with the perfect golf swing.  He was self taught and was an amazing golfer.  He inspired me to both love golf and engineering.  I serve my school as a class officer and a member of the National Honor Society.  I am taking extra math and science classes through school and Kumon in order to be ready for an engineering course of study.  I was accepted into a pre-engineering program at the Moore Norman Technology Center as a sophomore.  I am a straight-A student and also work as a tutor through the Kumon education center.  I enjoy volleyball and swimming but have decided to solely focus on golf going forward.  I am active in my church youth group and enjoy volunteering at community dinners every month.  My dream is to play golf in college while pursuing a degree in engineering.  My favorite high school memories so far have been going to golf tournaments with my team and celebrating our achievement of making state for the first time since 2012.
