I am currently a high school junior and an avid competitive golfer. I would love to play golf at the D-II or D-I level, but would also consider playing for NAIA colleges, and compete against top golfers in the country. I am looking for a university with an excellent history in the field of health sciences or nursing to help me build a foundation in my dream of becoming a neonatologist. I am also looking for a women's golf team coaching staff with a reputation of helping their athletes find a good balance between golf and academics, in order for me to stay competitive for medical school admission.
I have been playing and competing in golf since I was seven. I love sports that focus on precision and perfection like gymnastics and golf.
I practice daily during golf season. On cold months, I make it a point to practice golf at least 3x/week, whether in a driving range for short periods, in indoor or heated golf facilities, or just doing drills at home. I work on these on top of my regular golf fitness training.
I am proud of my academic accomplishments! At the end of my sophomore year, my unweighted GPA was 3.91 (weighted GPA 4.27) while taking Honors and Pre-AP Classes.
I would be honored if you would consider me to become part of your team!
