I'm Sirikanya, but everyone calls me Maya. My goal is to play women's golf for a D1 or D2 college and to be the first in my family to go to college! I have been playing golf for 11 years in total, but competitively for 3 years. I have a 0.2 handicap and my lowest competitive round was a 67 at Trysting Tree during a Future Champions Golf tournament.
One of my greatest strengths on the course is being able to keep a calm demeanor all throughout my rounds. I enjoy meeting new people from tournament golf and getting to travel to new places. I'm working hard to improve my golf game so I can consistently shoot in the low 70s and 60s.
Currently, I only have a 2.8 GPA but I'm working hard on improving it by the end of my junior year and keep bringing it up during my senior year.
