2021 SpotlightPersonal Statement
Golf has been a part of my whole life. I grew up on a golf course and a member of the local country club. I did not always love the game, but the older I got, the more I started to love it. Growing up watching my whole family play, I learned to respect the game. Golf is a game of honesty and respect and that is what I love about it.
I have played on varsity every year and will be captain next year. Currently, I am shooting in the low 90s, but my goal is to cut at least 7 strokes off my game. While golf is a big part of my life, I do not let it affect my academics. I am a straight A student in the top 4% of my class. I participate in FBLA, drama club, executive council, and student council.
