My goal is to compete in a Women's Golf Program on a Collegiate Level. I have played Jr/Women's Golf in Philadelphia for the past 4 seasons and have continued to improve. Many coaches, teammates and golfers have complimented me on my work ethic both on and off the course. In addition, my grades and school work continue to be a priority and I work to keep up my GPA. I am very involved in school activites like Key Club and School Council. Being involved in these types of groups we are able to help others through volunteer time. I was the Captain of my golf team for the past two years and will be going forward for my Senior year. I was selected to be involved in the Link Crew at my school and serve as an upperclass ambassador to the Freshmen class. I believe I have leadership skills in addition to my golf skills.
Currently my handicap index is a 2.9. I average 73-83, however, I feel this is trending down. My average distance off the tee is 240-260 range. I am learning to polish my game with concentration on short game. I would love an opportunity to work hard and bring my enthusiam for the game to the collegiate level, compete and participate.
