September 2022Personal Statement
Hello, I would like to start by thanking you for looking into my profile. My name is Alexandra Engart and I am currently in my junior year at Souderton Area High School where i have worked hard to become the number one golfer on our varsity co-ed golf team. This past season I helped our team advance to the district tournament and I also advanced to the Pennsylvania Girls AAA State Individual Championship.
I started playing golf at 6 years old and have been competing in tournaments since the age of 8. Golf has helped me become a diligent goal-driven and disciplined person both academically and on the course. My goal is to play and contribute on a competitive college golf team while also being able to study at a high academic level, as I plan to pursue a career in the medical field. I've enjoyed being part of a team and look forward to helping contribute to a successful college program both as an individual and a teammate.
I'd like to thank you again for considering me and I look forward to seeing how I will continue my academic and athletic career.
