My name is Sarah Schroefel and I have grown up in the small town of Worland, Wyoming. I have played golf competitively for seven years and have been playing on the varsity Worland High school team for three years now. Last year I wont the State Title at the 3A level and hope to do the same thing this year. I love the game of golf and hope to play it for as long as I can. After golf season gets over (it is only a six week season due to the weather here) I go straight into cross county and run with them for the last six weeks. After cross country I play on the High School varsity basketball team and as a sophomore I was voted to be a team captain and led my team on and off the court during the season. I have been awarded a varsity letter in every sport I have participated in high school. I am taking advanced and some college classes in school and have managed to balance my sports and academics very well my first two years of high school. I am very involved in my school with different clubs and sports. I am the vice president of Key Club at our school and Key Club is just a club that does community service and then gives back to our community and I am also a part of W club. W club is a club in which you have to be invited to get into it; you must maintain a certain GPA and stay involved in at least three sports. As of right now I have committed to golf at a community college, Centeral Wyoming College, it is only a two year college and will be looking for a school to tansfer to.
