I have been in gymnastics since I was three years old and I started competing in gymnastics in second grade. This sport has greatly contributed to the person I’m today. I have loved gymnastics for as long as I can remember and have been flipping since the day I could walk. It has been my goal for over 10 years to be able to compete in college gymnastics.
Gymnastics has taught me so many amazing things that will help me in life - like time management skills, how to push myself and how to have fun while doing it all. Because of this sport I have become very self disciplined to manage and keep up with everything. School is also very important to me so these skills have helped me maintain my grades and GPA all while still being in competitive gymnastics.
I love being a part of a team and being there to support my teammates. I am very encouraging towards my teammates as well as myself. I am the second of four daughters so I understand how important it is to be there for eachother and how important teamwork is.
I am looking forward to finding a school that will have the opportunity for me to experience my goal of the college experience of continuing my gymnastics career along with continuing my academics.
