I am very excited to continue both my gymnastics and academic journey in college. Gymnastics has always been a part of my life since I was 5 and being with my teammates, even if it was on the sidelines cheering them on, has made me love the sport. It has taught me how to persevere through injuries, especially my most recent one that took me out for a year. Looking up to my college friends after having a bad day or wanting to quit reassured me how all the hard work is worth it in the end. I am excited to study and learn about physical therapy as it has always been a dream of mine to help out others like me that have been through the same scenarios.
